Director of Marketing

The Director of Marketing will establish and maintain a consistent, compelling brand message, giving EPS a strong and differentiated position in the market.  He or she will work with outside agencies on Public Relations as well as communicate our marketing message internally. Incumbent will have a proven ability to lead all areas of branding and marketing programs including: conceptualization, development, production, quality assurance, on-time delivery and tracking results. Experience with all of the relevant marketing vehicles, including: corporate and product collateral, press releases, website management, outbound direct marketing and online marketing and webinars, as well as trade shows. Experience managing and directing the marketing effort and working with Public Relations agencies is required. Experience should also include  managing the marketing budget, tracking the effectiveness of marketing programs, and ensuring consistent, compelling brand messaging.
