System Architect
The System Architect requires broad technical, project, and administrative skills. The incumbent will be responsible for the entire IT architecture of our Fortune 1000 Energy Intelligence platform. The Network Architect is responsible for overseeing network and data center design, installation, maintenance, and problem resolution. This role provides second and third level guidance/direction to the xChange Point staff and installation teams, and interfaces with vendor support service groups to ensure proper escalation during outages or periods of degraded system performance. Additionally, the Network Architect installs, configures, and troubleshoots networks and associated components. The Network Architect will lead all Local Area and Wide Area Network activities and researches, tests, evaluates, and recommends data communication hardware and software.
