Mr. Ludlum has over thirty years of experience in both finance and accounting. His background includes serving over the past nineteen years as Chief Financial Officer, Compliance Officer, Corporate Controller and Group Controller for public and private manufacturing and industrial companies.

His extensive financial management experience also includes working for entrepreneurial companies and high-growth companies–providing EPS with a seasoned, as well as, progressive financial leader with the foresight and solid foundation needed to excel in today’s dynamic business world.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Ludlum worked for energy conglomerate Mobil Oil Corporation, and for subsidiaries of Bechtel Corporation and PacifiCorp. His experience covers a wide range of financial services including bank financing, license arrangements, dispositions, mergers and acquisitions. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and holds a Bachelors of Science in Business and Economics with a major in accounting and an MBA with a concentration in Finance.
