In order to create the accurate profile of energy usage and carbon emissions for Royalty Carpet Mills, EPS Corp monitors and reports data from several areas: the company’s electricity usage, natural gas usage, water usage, weather conditions and carpet production. EPS also compensates for the complexity introduced by three on-site cogeneration plants and numerous boilers by monitoring the water and natural gas used by these systems, as well as the electricity created by the cogeneration systems. xChange Point™ currently monitors multiple data points throughout the Royalty Carpet Mills facility, feeding raw data to EPS Corp servers where it is processed in real-time and turned into actionable information.
